I received this item for my new Macbook Pro 15" 2019. Immediately upon receipt I noticed a small tear on the corner of the top cover. May be damaged in transit as the product was sent in an unpadded envelope. Apart from a tear, the case fits my Macbook Pro well. There is a vent at the bottom of the case to allow the Macbook to cool down. As for the quality, the keyboard cover and the screen protector are both of poor quality. I end up not using either. After contacting customer service about a cracked top cover, they could only send me a replacement top cover.. within 2-3 days Everything fits perfectly now.
