I'm revising my rating for these devices because support contacted me to fix the issue. I never expected that, but I am very pleased that they care about their customers' satisfaction. Although the glasses didn't fit me, they are cute and the frame feels solid. First review: I wanted a pair of readers that fade in and out, eliminating the need for sunglasses AND reading glasses. That's definitely the idea behind these lenses, but the reality is that they don't black out enough in the sun AND the bifocals are misplaced, causing distortion in my mid-range vision. The transparent part of the lens also appears distorted, as if they are wavy.
