Review on WH14NS40 Playback Internal Essentials Software by Brad Arthur

I replaced a slim DVD burner with this one purchased from Dell. I've been using it for about two weeks now. I am happy with the drive. I haven't had any problems with it so far. I didn't use the trial version of Nero because I already have another software package. The only complaints I have are more related to the Dell computer than the drive. The Dell case front bezel is not designed to add a full size drive. I had to remove the front drive cover and reach down to press the drive open and close button. The button is located at the bottom center on the front panel and at the bottom right on the drive. This is a problem with the case, not the drive. If it was a brand new build I'd be a lot happier.
