Review on MailCharts by Johnny Chambers

The best thing about mail charts is that it automatically recognizes new domains / users! And you can filter by different attributes such as product, time of day, etc. It usually takes around 1-2 hours for your domain to be recognized in this app. Mailcharts also offers some great integrations with third party services like Slack or Zendesk - which are super useful if using those tools. I would love to see more options under each category (e.g., Product). I'm solving problems related to my marketing team's inbox management by automating our processes and insights regarding their activity.
