More and more like this in recent history; a big difference in reviewer ratings for this product - WHY? (i.e. many 4 and 5 stars with a set of 1 and 2 stars). I bought and installed this pump on October 16th and it has been working flawlessly ever since (after about 900 hours of use). I am very happy with it and rated it accordingly. So if a company sells a well-designed product with good quality control, most of us will give it a 4 or 5 rating. Quality control issue, not a design issue, assuming there are no other factors (such as falling on the floor, etc.). .) . There will always be idiots who don't understand what they bought and underrate the product, but we can tell who they are by their rating. However, some negative reviews are well written and I expect Hallmark to investigate them thoroughly as their future business depends on it.
