Review on Neewer VISION5 400Ws 2.4G TTL Flash Strobe: Nikon πŸ“Έ DSLR Compatible, HSS Monolight with Wireless Trigger and Long-lasting Battery by Tay Fair

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great monolight! No complaints!

I love this candy bar, it has taken my portrait photography to the next level! Some information about me - I'm a budget photographer. I have a full-time job and take photos part-time. However, I want to be able to offer my clients the best possible photography without breaking the bank on equipment. I was looking for a standalone flash that was portable, easy to use and affordable and the Vision 5 was it! It comes with everything you need to get started: flash, parabolic antenna, diffuser sock, battery, charger and remote control. It was packaged very well, installation was very quick and couldn't have been simpler, and it had enough power for me to try it right away. I bought a Neewer 30 x 30 inch / 80cm x 80cm Octagon Speedlite Softbox with Bowens mount and have been using it for every shoot ever since. Nikon D500 in continuous fast mode (10fps) - but I don't know if there is such a monoblock. Now for the pros and cons: Pros: Very budget friendly for all that that entails. You can fully control the flash with the remote control. High-speed sync up to 80,000/sec. Control multiple flash units with one remote control. Not too heavy (less than 10 pounds I think). 8.5ft x 10ft Background Support System and 800W 5500K Umbrella Softbox Continuous Lighting Kit for Photo Studio, Portrait and Video Shooting. I bought earlier this year (not exactly durable). It has a modeling light with multiple brightness settings (adjustable on the flash). and by remote control). Beep to let you know it's triggered (this can be turned off). Range of at least 20 feet (haven't tried yet/needed to go further). Cons: As far as I know, you can only control other Neewer Vision 5 All-in-Ones with the remote control. I've looked for other types of lamps that can be controlled with the remote control but couldn't find any. IF YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!
