I was looking for a leather bag that can be briefcase, backpack and shoulder bag. I tried Tiding last December and was pleasantly surprised. The leather is of good quality, wear and tear adds personality and the overall flexibility helps with travel and on the go. I've had some issues with the inner liner getting tangled in the zipper and also some issues with the outer liner detaching from the backpack straps. Tiding customer service was able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Good buy - we will be looking at our bags for future purchases.
