As the title says you need big hands to work with this which isn't a big deal if you have big hands. I have really big hands and they are big enough to have full range of motion. I've compared them to others I have and they are actually longer and more open. Keep that in mind when you buy them. An interesting fact is that the name contains the word "American", but they are not made in America, but in China. There's nothing wrong with that, as Harbor Freight uses American city names for its instruments. As I said, the Snipz themselves open at a wider angle than mine. This is a positive, or it can be a negative if you try to open them fully, but your grip now allows you to do so. So far it's cutting well and I haven't had any issues other than a green one. This seems to snap on its own and won't open all the way, I'll probably have to loosen one of the screws to give it a little less tension. These nips are about the same quality as HF. They work for laypeople but if you are a pro and really need quality tools I will look elsewhere as someone uses them from time to time this will work for you. Thank you for taking the time to read my review and photos of this product. I hope this was helpful in giving you more information.
