This dispenser is amazing! It's comfortable to the touch and durable, it's easy to put the largest roll of Bounty paper towels on it, and it's really attractive. I would give it 5+ stars; However, screws are worse. I'm 70 years old, I'm a female, I don't have super strength and I know how to drill a starting hole in wood so the screws go in easily. After drilling the first few holes and then applying direct pressure to the screws with my Phillips screwdriver and tightening the screws 90%, the head came loose. Oh my god - I thought it was an accident and started screwing in the next screw and darn it if the next screw did the same (see photos). The second head came off as if made of the weakest material. I then replaced the last screw (no risk) and replaced it with a screw from my personal workshop and it worked. So how can a quality product use cheap, low quality screws? Not a hint, but not good either. Now I need to see if there is a way to unscrew the tiny parts that are visible and not holding the mounting plate. What a dilemma. That's beauty, but a bummer on the screws. Be sure to throw away and use your own or those purchased at a hardware store.
