Decreases! my pros and cons
I should have known the sizing would be messed up because it's made by a generic Chinese company. The shirts are square so if you wash them (I used cold water and low heat - and they still shrink) they shrink into a smaller square which is totally unwearable. Find the best blank shirt for your products! No human is shaped like that

- It was helpful for my 34 year old son. I thought it was good that I gave it to him for Christmas

- great to wear for the first time, but useless after the first wash, shrinks
