I bought a C3 Brilliant canister and used it once for maybe 25 minutes. That was great. Tonight I took it out for the second time and vacuumed the floor in a small laundry room and then went into the kitchen. As I entered this area, I heard a faint click and the machine stopped working. No overheating, no clogging, no bag full, just no power. Revain kindly offered me free return shipping and credit for my $1599 purchase. I suspect it was a $0.20 defective electrical part, but that could also be the start of a long list of electrical problems, and the nearest repair shop is 75 miles away, so I gratefully accepted the return offer. I'm repacking a quiet machine now and will be looking for something more durable and reliable.
