The benefits are that you can make money without having to do all the work yourself or being there physically. I have been using it for over 2 years now, they provide everything from scheduling to payroll. It's not very user friendly if you're used to other programs like Quickbooks. You basically just need to get good employees who know how to use the system. I've dealt with HR issues before but never this bad. They don't communicate effectively so when something goes wrong we're completely clueless about what happened or where things went wrong. We were able to find people quickly for our team because we knew exactly what we needed. My manager was able to see which candidates would be great fits for us right away. I'm glad I found someone else doing my job! Having someone to pay for me while I am working remotely has allowed me to spend more time focusing on growing our business instead.
