If you put it on upside down, the chair will rock up as you move, which of course doesn't work. The second problem was that the holes in the base didn't line up exactly with the holes in the bottom of the pump. It throws the chair off balance, I'll work on that. On the other hand, this isn't really a problem, but if you have someone who is tall, the seat depth can be short. I think the lumbar support makes it impossible to recline all the way. I will probably buy another chair at another time. But it's a good option in a pinch, and I was in a pinch.
