The actual bed is pretty good. The footboard is pretty weak but overall not a huge issue. In the actual instructions it states to leave a good review via email and they’ll immediately send you a $20 revain card. I left the review and they thanked me for it but no card. I emailed back and asked for the gift card and got ghosted. I would have left a good review but don’t promise a gift card and then not send one. Wouldn’t order again on principle.
