Review on Ramco HCM by David Hill

This software helps us organize our payroll data so we have everything at one place and are able to track each employee's information easily. I wish it would sync better between devices but other then that there isn't much else I don't like about this program. They do offer online training if you need help getting started with their product. Overall easy set up process, great customer support, saves time by having all info in 1 location! We were using excel before this was implemented which took hours upon hours every pay period just to keep updated on where people fall within salary range. Now we only have to look once and know exactly what everyone gets paid.
