Super soft bristles
I had two requirements; it had to be synthetic and have a boner. The bristles are surprisingly soft and lather well. The stand is not the one in the photo, it is a metal stand on a wire frame. I don't really care about this part, although what I have is probably better than the plastic part in the picture.
