We have a lemon. We bought the camera at the end of January and it stopped working at the end of March. We contacted Sony and they told us to send it to a repair shop for 900 miles - at our expense (over $12!). We got it back. This worked for 1 picture and then had the exact same problem. I contacted Sony again. They wanted me to send it back to the same place where they couldn't fix it to begin with! They kept referring me to another representative who then called back and repeated the same line - send it back to the repair site. I wanted a new camera, this place obviously didn't know what they were doing and it shouldn't have gone bad after 2 months of limited use. I ended up contacting Facebook and was told they would be calling this afternoon. They did - and gave the same answer! What did you not understand? I've spoken to more than half a dozen people about it and never found satisfaction. You'd think they'd just swap out the camera and that's it. Fortunately, Revane offered to accept this return. We're not going to replace it with a Sony (which is up $20 since we bought it in January) because the real test of a company isn't selling, it's solving problems. Sony has failed in this regard. Unfortunately, it was a decent camera that worked a couple of times.
