Works well and tastes great!

I have severe problems with receding gums and cracked teeth due to grinding. This toothpaste covers these bases. I can't necessarily "see" an improvement with cracked teeth, but anything that helps is good in my opinion. It also doesn't renew gum tissue, but it's one of the "safer" toothpastes to use in conjunction with other methods (check again with your dentist to make sure you're brushing properly) to counteract the effects of the ongoing recession to cushion.
