The connector is too long to fully insert and will not stay latched.
These cables do not fit deep enough into my mobile phone to lock the latches on the connector. Consequently, at the slightest movement, they separate from the mophie. I've compared them to other cables that work and the length of the connectors are slightly shorter on the ones that fully engage. They are slightly longer which may be the reason the friction locks are not holding the cable in place. Aside from the plug not staying in place, they charge the phone and transfer data. This is the first cable I've bought with this problem.
