Purchased for a branded coffee center. The team really hates these mugs for a number of reasons. First, you can't just pull a cup out of your sleeve as they REALLY stick together; It was so bad I told everyone not to fight it and only use two if they don't fall apart. Second, the S lids don't fit these mugs exactly. A few people discovered this when the lid came off and they had a cup of hot coffee on it. We remove covers to prevent accidents. Finally, the cup is fragile and you can really feel the hot liquid. We will usually send them for recycling when a replacement arrives. My advice is to avoid this item.
