More useful than I thought

To my surprise this strap was more useful than I thought, I have a knee that gives me problems in winter and if ignored it slows me down, I like it doesn't like being bothered by ibuprofen which is becoming a daily thing. I have tried these straps and the support they give my knee allows me to sit on the couch without disturbing my knee. I was able to shop, there is no end to it or stop the pain, but it allowed me to do and move without feeling like a cripple.
