Review on Tofu Cat Litter - Natural Flushable Clumping Plant Pellets for Ultra Odor Control, Dust Free & Low Tracking - Biodegradable Multi-Cat Solution by Razz Hieb

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Has a few quirks, but mostly works.

Advantages: Lightweight. Not too dusty. No bad smell so far. My cat uses it with no problem and she buries things in it. clumping. Meets the basic requirements of a practical cat litter without much effort. Even going further than tone filler, I don't think that amount will last me for long. The lumps are really sticky. They stuck to the bottom of the box and to the ladle; The box needs to be washed more often than with other fillers. It has a strong smell that I don't mind, but I was lucky my cat liked it (sometimes it doesn't go well with things with a strong smell). I can't tell if it's the added fragrance or just how the material smells (no fragrance is mentioned in the ingredients). Conclusion: I will continue to use it for the time being, but I'm not sure if it will become my "timeless" product. I had to stop using pine spatula due to an allergic reaction, so I desperately needed something else. It's better at odor control than paper litter (so far), but stickiness is a real issue for me, especially since my tray is in the bathroom. I don't want random grains of dirt to get wet and stick to the floor. Update: I'll stick with it for now. I'm still hoping for a cheaper solution, but one that goes beyond the usual spatula. 2 weeks is a pretty good estimate for a bag, although on a budget and I only have one cat. I can imagine that a multi-cat family can get pretty expensive pretty quickly. But it works, it doesn't cause me an allergic reaction, and while it's worse than pine, it's not as bad as regular filler.
