IMO this is probably the best tool for drinking a gallon a day. Why? Well, those are timestamps for me. They make it easy for me to down my gallon little by little instead of trying to gulp it all down at once (a HUGE no-no), making it a lot less intimidating. Yes, the bottle is huge — it's a gallon, after all — but it's only heavy when full early in the day. However, the handles make it easy to carry and the opening is large enough to be easily cleaned along with the straw. I also like the airtight seal. Overall I like this trail more than various water drinking apps and even smaller bottles because it at least lets me keep track of my gallon in one place! Because of the ease, I've experienced many benefits from drinking my daily gallon over the past few weeks (more energy, weight loss, smoother skin, less joint pain, better sleep, improved workouts, etc.).
