Case was great but didn't fit my iPad. I checked the order to make sure we ordered the 12.9" case, which we did, but the case sent to us was larger. The order came with a card saying if you have any problems with the order please contact them and we would be happy to help within 24 hours. I have contacted customer service twice (by email and phone) but have not received a response since May and it is now August. At the same time, I only used the case to install an iPad (although it's too big) while waiting for a response from the company. Unfortunately, it now has a cracked screen and we've run out of the $50 we spent on the case. Very disappointed with the customer service as this is a great product which I would be very happy with if the issue were resolved.
