Case was great but didn't fit my iPad. I checked the order to make sure we ordered the 12.9" case, which we did, but the case sent to us was larger. The order came with a card saying if you have any problems with the order please contact them and we would be happy to help within 24 hours. I have contacted customer service twice (by email and phone) but have not received a response since May and it is now August. This is actually a very good folio keyboard cover. The only thing I'm not sure about is the keyboard's magnetic tension. It is practical that the keyboard can be removed, but it fell out when the case was opened quickly.

I didn't care about style. Keyboard not included. It was separate which made it less portable. Also, one button didn't work. I went back and bought better.

The keyboard and case don't meet my expectations, but everything works perfectly. A long foldable sleeve allows you to tilt your iPad Pro, and the keyboard can be laid down accordingly, regardless of the position. When everything is folded up, the keyboard sits outside the case but is held in place with a magnet. Not pretty, but it works well, especially since it only moves from place to place in the house.

I love the look of this product and the keyboard is very nice especially the backlight. However, the magnets that hold the keyboard in place aren't very strong, so you have to be careful opening the case or the keyboard will fall out. Also, it's quite difficult to use the keyboard in a lap case as it's not very durable, and I've found my iPad Pro keeps falling backwards when I try to use it on my lap. Although it works on desktop. I have a 2nd generation iPad, Apple keyboard and holder that are not compatible with the connector. I love Apple's lightweight yet sturdy keyboard, but they are no longer sold in early generations.
