Airtight Foos Storage

I love to bake bread, pizza or pasta, so I use a lot of flour. It was inconvenient to pour from the flour bag, so I'm trying to use a larger container to store the flour. The sealed one seems to work and it's not easy for me to open it when it's locked. I also like it when one hand unlocks and opens up, requiring me to add more flour mid kneading. I don't need both hands and less mess. Another is storage of brown sugar purchased from Costco. I found the original zip box very difficult to close. Before the sugar ran out, they always turned into chunks of dry sugar rock. Now I put sugar in it and so far the tightness is working.
