Should make a great shoe for boat use but the construction of the insole.
Should be a great shoe for boat use but the insole design makes them too uncomfortable for this buyer. Letters and the Sperry logo are embossed on the inside of the sole and touch the foot. Not a smart way to advertise. Also, the inside of the sole diverges forward, which increases the discomfort. The gray outer canvas contains random little threads of color that I could do without. Due to complaints in the outsole, these shoes were reluctantly returned.
