The product is fine; Be careful if you have cats.

A tough year for all of us, I know. So I thought I could use something *extra* this past holiday season. Especially since staying was on the menu of the pandemic. Maybe it would embellish my backstory on meeting WFH? Maybe that would be a good way to make the "presence of the tree" a little more dominant this season. Assembly was easy for the most part. The bars are not connected together in any way that I could find, so you may need masking tape to secure the bars during construction. Attaching the pointed wire tinsel to the top took me a few tries (admittedly quite amusing), but it all came together relatively quickly. He is moderately stable when standing. I thought it looked good enough when assembled in person. And yes, it looked great on the webcam. So I had to stop taking it after a few days. My cat was happy too. One night I heard a rustle and found her tangled in the metal rings, which began to tighten and bend around her fight. Luckily I was in the room and after a few minutes I was able to free her by trying to calm her down and untangle the wires. She was fine, just scared and shaking. After that I couldn't keep the tree away. This wasn't an issue with the product itself, just a quick warning for those who may have curious pets in their home. The tree as a whole, although a bit pricey for what it was, looked good enough and really served the purpose I wanted.

Pros
  • Practical thing
Cons
  • So far so good
