For the price versus the size I give 2.5-3. I thought it was bigger than it looks and not what I intended to use it for, but it's on me. However, I found a place to put it and it fits perfectly on my desk. But paying $21 for a salt lamp that's only about 3 or 4 inches tall is cool. This price is for a 6" to 10" tall unit. This will give you the perfect amount of ambient light. Not too light or dark. I just want to pick one color instead of resolving it into all colors. However, it is definitely a gift.
