I am very happy with my new granite cookware. I've wanted this set for a long time and finally decided to treat myself. We've been using them for a little over a month and I love them more every day. Nothing sticks! Cooking requires very little oil (if you have it), and cleaning these pots and pans is as easy as rinsing under hot water. There is no need to use dishwashing detergent and remove spices that accumulate on dishes over time. Whatever you cook, including anything with oil or butter, cheese, oatmeal, grits, bacon, eggs, I mean anything that washes up and doesn't leave the pots/pans greasy afterwards.
