The Expectations of Power Users for SoloGood Are Not Met

My experience with SoloGood was disappointing, and I say that as an expert user of remote and app-controlled toys and games, cars, and components. While they have a great variety of products, I was disappointed with the rest of my online purchasing experience. The website's layout and organization make it frustrating to use, making it impossible to locate the goods I sought. Additionally, I have more questions than answers due to the unfinished nature of the product descriptions. I was disappointed in SoloGood's customer service because of their silence when one of my requested things was temporarily unavailable. Getting my money back was more difficult and took longer than I anticipated. In addition, SoloGood's items are of dubious quality despite their low prices. Quite a few of the things I ordered were either not what I expected or of poor quality. In sum, I am unable to suggest SoloGood to other sophisticated users. The website and customer service are poorly designed, and the products themselves are of low quality.
