ATTENTION: The L button is painted black, no chrome! The paint could smear on your fingers and you could accidentally end up on a white leather chair! Don't repeat my mistake! I'll be simpler: 1. It came literally the next day after I ordered it (even though I paid for standard shipping).2. Assembly was easy. All you need is an L key which is of course provided.3. Very comfortable, very beautiful to look at. Note: when assembling, some of the paint on the L-shaped key rubbed my finger, and then I accidentally got on the chair (I didn't realize my fingers were black from holding the L-shaped key until I saw a smudge on it the chair). I am not deducting stars from this item for this reason as it was my fault but I wish they had provided a chrome L key to prevent this. But again, it was my own fault for not watching.
