Support is good and based in the US. The product works well after a few weeks.
The product is used in a classroom where the presentation table is connected to the wall. An HDMI to Cat5/6 box is installed under the table. The wall connection runs inside and up the wall through the ceiling to the projector where another Category 5/6 receiver is located. Can total 30 feet from end to end. while everything works. We have different instructors all the time and a wide range of laptops with all kinds of HDMI or USB-C ports. Only time will tell if the converter will work with all the computers we host. We tuck all compatible HDMI and USB-C adapters into a ring that attaches to the HDMI cable.
