Extremely disappointed with this product. Bought as a gift and very disappointed with the mediocre quality. The fabric is extremely cheap, feels like plastic, poorly sewn, lots of loose threads. Strap " - it "pre-tied" and sewn so that you cannot adjust it. The strap is not elastic, it is regulated by a very thin piece of black plastic. The clip holds it around the neck is also very thin and doesn't stay closed so it pops open all the time.The fabric is very cute although it is assumed to be a corgi.It looks more like a chihuahua.I was planning on giving this as a gift , and honestly I think I'd be too embarrassed to give it to anyone As anything more than a gag gift, don't waste your money
