Started flickering before the 30 day return period expired

Having just bought a MacBook Air M2 it seemed like an ideal but expensive accessory. Everything was fine for a couple of weeks, but suddenly one evening I had a flickering screen that didn't go away even after a reboot. After seeing similar complaints on Reddit, I gratefully realized that I still had 2 days to return the monitor. Look, this is a great monitor. I really hope LG catches the issue with previous versions and announces when the flickering issue will be fixed as I will be a regular customer when such an announcement comes.
