Review on Deepcool Redhat CPU cooler, white/red/black by Jnis Zari ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good quality product, the price is commensurate with the quality.

I took it to replace the boxed cooler with an LGA 775 socket in connection with an upgrade to the Q9650 processor (95 watts), before that there was an E6550 processor. I read reviews about coolers with uneven areas that need to be processed with sandpaper. Therefore, I decided to take the choice more seriously. "Little Red Riding Hood" fully lived up to expectations. From the noise, I can’t say for sure whether it has become smaller, since there are 4 more coolers in the case: on the power supply, two case and video cards. The temperature was measured using AIDA64 (trial version).

Pros
  • The processor temperature before replacing the boxed cooler was +75C - about 2 minutes under load (it was scary to keep it on), and +50C - in normal mode. After replacement + 60C after 3 hours under load, + 48C - in normal mode. Conclusion: a significant decrease in temperature when working under load. Smooth, mirror-like surface to ensure contact with the processor. Thermal paste included, as well as a set of various fasteners and clear instructions. High quality workmanship of all parts.
