Great lightweight first bike for toddlers (compared to Micro & Strider)

My 2 year old son has been asking for a bike since his sister bought it. I checked out the Micro G bike and the Strider balance bike as I saw the one next door and we tried them out in store and planned to buy the Strider from Revain later. This bike looked the same and was available at a much better price and I'm so glad we gave it a try. Compared to the Strider: The Croco bike is built the same as the Strider but is 2 pounds lighter. My 2 year old can take a bike and carry it around. When he gets tired I won't have a hard time hanging him on a stroller or carrying him in one arm and him in the other. Seems well made - my husband tested it before putting it on our son. Compared to the Micro: The Micro is built differently, and while I love their scooters and have owned both kids and adults, I'm not a fan of the bike. My son's legs were too short for the bike from a seated position and he could not get comfortable in the seat. He kept trying to use it as a pusher toy. Crocodile and Micro G Bike weigh about the same - 4 pounds. Overall I am very happy with this bike and I hope that he can use it for a few years. Big sister is jealous!
