I got them to add some fun to our party. Good quality. They take a long time to make, so we made about 1000 pieces. If you leave them outside and swim in the water, some of them will burst in the water before use. In my experience, the one in the basket that doesn't float in the water is better for the party. Another thing about them was that they don't pop when you hit someone close to you. Throwing long distances was fine. All in all I am happy with my purchase and we had so much fun.
