Review on Mount Lai Rose Quartz Tool by Mike Sutton

I have ordered Rose Quartz Gouache to replace the Amethyst Gouache that I received damaged. This one got injured too! The corner of the box was dented as if it had been dropped, although the gouache stone itself was intact. It has a large ragged vein next to the bumpy side and I scratched my jaw while using it. It's also much heavier and thicker than the amethyst version. Due to the extra weight, more oil or moisturizer is needed to create a slip. My hand is tired of massaging my face with it because it is so heavy. As this is the second time I have received an unsatisfactory product from this seller, I suggest purchasing Gua Sha elsewhere. Buying directly from Mount Lai's website allows you to register for warranty and replace if something happens.
