Blanket came off second day

I bought this toy for my one year old and within two days the blanket Elmo uses to peekaboo came loose one side. It appeared that It was not sewed well. My son loved the toy and laughed so much but now Elmo cannot peekaboo. Unless I send it back or sew it back
