Review on πŸͺ‘ Stylish and Comfortable Linon Talia Office Chair in Blue with Dark Walnut Wood Base by Eufemia Ragi

Revainrating 3 out of 5

UPDATE - Damaged on arrival - Inadequate instructions

Replacement intact although the box turned out to be quite shabby and as my return box was ignored by UPS I will say the damage is probably UPS related (drivers just hate big, heavy boxes). The chair itself is beautiful but the instructions for the casters were inadequate (after googling some videos I found that they don't just go straight in as shown, you have to put things up and down at a 90 degree angle ). before opening and again). The chair isn't 'cheap' - that's why I'm amazed at the cheap plastic casters - they're supposed to be more durable, quieter - they damage hard wood - if you don't mind the extra cost, buy a rug or replace it with 'cool casters' - or similar . This chair is used daily so I will upgrade if it breaks down. The chair looks good; but the base was cracked (I saw another review where they received a damaged product and I think they are repackaged and shipped, so this one - I didn't return all the packaging and wrote in the instructions where it was damaged, should that happen, the next unsuspecting buyer will know for sure There are no instructions on how to fit the casters (wheels), just a picture showing them going into the underside of the base (yes, got it! ), but there's nothing to hold the wheels in place - so you put the wheels in and they fall out when you lift the chair, right? Ordered a replacement - let's see if it gets any better (Revain Prime needed two days to get me a damaged product - but for some reason I have to wait eight days for a replacement. should stay overnight. It was a damaged product! Bad on Revain.
