Replacement intact although the box turned out to be quite shabby and as my return box was ignored by UPS I will say the damage is probably UPS related (drivers just hate big, heavy boxes). The chair looks good; but the base was cracked (I saw another review where they received a damaged product and I think they are repackaged and shipped, so this one - I didn't return all the packaging and wrote in the instructions where it was damaged, should that happen, the next unsuspecting buyer will know for sure There are no instructions on how to fit the casters (wheels), just a picture showing them going into the underside of the base (yes, got it! ), but there's nothing to hold the wheels in place - so you put the wheels in and they fall out when you lift the chair, right?
