I like how easy it is to use from start to finish with this software - all aspects of our construction business are included in one system (contractor time sheets/payroll information etc). They have great customer service when we need help or clarification as well! There aren't many drawbacks for me other than their price point compared to competitors products. We used to be using several different programs throughout our organization but now everything has been consolidated into 1 platform which makes things so much easier overall and more streamlined. This allows us to keep track of everyone's hours at the same time rather than having multiple systems tracking each employee individually. It also helps ensure payroll gets paid out correctly without any issues along those lines.
