The personalization was well done and the woodwork was good but no assembly instructions or screws were required for assembly. It was a gift for a dear friend who lives outside of me and I couldn't help but put it all together. I would have had the screws he needed and seen one of these assembled before, so I know the instructions. But he doesn't have any of that. SO DISAPPOINTED. I spent hours looking for this gift but I was disappointed that the gift was a disappointment to him. If all of these were given, I would give this 5! I'm still mad about it!
