Badly made for computer accessories and peripherals

The gold letters were not very dark, so a dark line could be seen through them. The part that holds the phone was too wide to even fit in the slot. This makes it completely unusable.

Doesn't look like they'll last long. It consists of different parts that need to be assembled. The phone holder's place doesn't actually snap into place, it just lies in place. strange item

The color on the engraving was different.

The engraved plate was a different color to the others. Nice but not as stylish as I thought. You have to assemble it, which wasn't difficult but unexpected. I would not buy again.

No instructions or screws included

The personalization was well done and the woodwork was good but no assembly instructions or screws were required for assembly. It was a gift for a dear friend who lives outside of me and I couldn't help but put it all together. I would have had the screws he needed and seen one of these assembled before, so I know the instructions. But he doesn't have any of that. SO DISAPPOINTED.
