This article does not work as I would like it to. Only 2 USB ports will work, so if you have more than 2, it shows that it is difficult to turn on other devices connected to the USB port. My advice to anyone reading this review is to get some USB ports that will give you the option of plugging it into an outlet. The reason is simple: the USB port not only pulls power from the Ps4, but also receives it from a second source. Those that can fully power all devices connected to the USB port.
