Review on Towel Warmer Built Timer Indicators Bath for Bathroom Accessories by David Elam

The product arrived with a slight tear in the packaging as indicated by UPS but the product did not look wrinkled or damaged so I accepted it. Upon installation, we found that the "stainless steel" item was actually rusty and had stains all over the body. I've tried cleaning it with a stainless steel cleaner to no avail. Even some of the bars appeared rough from rusting. I thought about applying through UPS, but then it occurred to me that it should be designed to always have wet towels hanging from it. And what a colossal disappointment in performance. It's been on for 3 hours straight and while the bars are warm, the towel doesn't even remotely feel warm. I bought this as a Christmas present for my husband who loves getting a warm towel after showering. I figured it would be a constant "luxury" for him to always have a warm towel handy after a shower. Well it's a joke. It's a HUGE disappointment in everything, the only thing stopping me from sending it back is it hurt so much to pick it up my husband swore he wouldn't take it off and should put another one on! What a Christmas bust.
