Review on LG 27BN85U B 27 Monitor 3840X2160 ‎27BN85U-B, IPS by Aidan Theriot

I heard it's a great monitor because my friend uses it at work. However, this disappointed me. I bought this monitor in early July 2022. Since the beginning of September 2022, the screen has been tearing for 1-2 seconds every 30 seconds, which is really annoying in games. As you can see in the video I mount it the first day and it's protected all the time. I think this is a product quality issue. I'm trying to contact the seller and LG to claim the warranty but I don't know if they can give me a replacement or repair. Let's see how it goes
