Bad design. The mounting bracket fits and does the job, but the designer gave little thought to reinstalling the skid plate. The instructions attempt to tell you how to fix the skid plate problem, but the information is weak at best. It says to drill four holes in the plate to mount the bolts that hold the plow arm in place, but they don't tell you how to position it, so it's guesswork as to where to actually drill it. . The new mounting plate covers two threaded holes for mounting the protective plate. I managed to get 4 of the 8 screws in, let's see how long that lasts before I have problems.
