I recently bought a new MacBook. After spending nearly $1,800 on a computer, I was very careful with it. I tried not to scratch it, but at times when you're in a hurry to get your backpack and back, scratches can happen. My friends kept telling me to "get the case" some time after i dabbled in the idea for a short time and i finally pulled the trigger with my revain prime membership.the product arrived very quickly!(guarantee 2 days) delivery.WONDERFUL!when i opened the product i smelled a horrible smell it seems everyone is mentioned in the reviews it was horrible I panicked automatically thinking of this item as "garbage" or "should be returned" but I chic emailed their customer service department who was very kind and told me the case smelled like it was made of very high quality material. So I listened to the concerns of the customer who advised me to air the item outside for at least 24 hours and I did. The next day I came back from work and found that the smell was gone! The build quality is amazing. Very soft. In general, I am satisfied with both the product itself and the company's customer service.
