Static and noise comes and goes 👎

There is always static in the right earcup. This goes away after a while when nothing is playing, but when I then press the play button again the noise starts. Called and the person on the other line said all they heard was static. :/ Sound goes in and out of my left ear to my right when I'm listening to music. I was excited for them because of the touch option, they fit my ears well, are comfortable, but I don't want to sacrifice the sound quality. i give them back
